Data we collect
Account data: your email address and company name when you sign up. Contact data: names, email addresses, and public profile information of the people your campaigns target. Usage data: how many emails were sent, opened, and replied to.
How we use it
We use your account data to operate your subscription. We use contact data only to send the outreach emails you configure. We do not use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Data storage
Data is stored on Supabase (US-based servers) and processed by us in Canada. If you are in the EU, note that your data is transferred to the US. We rely on Standard Contractual Clauses for EU transfers.
Your rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email [email protected]. Under PIPEDA (Canada) and GDPR (EU), you have the right to know what data we hold, correct inaccuracies, and request deletion. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only session cookies required to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
Contact data of third parties
When you use WolfReach to send outreach, the people you contact have rights too. We maintain a global suppression list. Anyone who unsubscribes will never be contacted again by any WolfReach customer.
