What WolfReach does
WolfReach is an outreach automation tool. It discovers contacts, generates personalized emails, and sends them on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with applicable laws (CASL, CAN-SPAM, GDPR) in your jurisdiction.
Your responsibilities
You must have a legitimate business reason to contact the people WolfReach reaches out to. You may not use WolfReach to send spam, harass individuals, or contact people who have previously opted out. You are the sender of record, not Wolf Codes.
Our responsibilities
We maintain the platform, process unsubscribes within 10 business days, and keep your contact data isolated from other customers. We do not sell your data or your contacts list.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time. No refunds for partial months. If your payment fails, your account is paused after 7 days.
Data and privacy
Your contact data is stored on servers in the US (Supabase). We process it only to operate the service. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing [email protected].
Termination
We can suspend accounts that send spam or violate these terms. You can close your account at any time. Closing your account deletes your data within 30 days.
